How to sync Google Calendar with Calendly

  1. Identify the calendar Calendly checks

    In Calendly under Calendar Connection, note which single calendar provides your conflict information. This is the one SyncCal must keep populated.

  2. Connect your Calendly conflict calendar to SyncCal

    In SyncCal, connect that calendar (Google or Outlook). This becomes the destination.

  3. Connect every other calendar you want considered

    Add your personal Google, work Outlook, iCloud, or any CalDAV calendar that holds events Calendly should respect.

  4. Configure one-way sync into the Calendly calendar

    Set each extra calendar to one-way sync into the Calendly conflict calendar. Mark the synced events as Busy so Calendly blocks those times.

  5. Hide event details

    Enable Remove Branding (Pro) and the title rewrite option so the mirrored events show as Busy rather than exposing personal details.

  6. Test a booking link

    Create an event in a non-Calendly calendar. Within two minutes, the time should disappear from your Calendly booking page.
